Autonomous CRM Re-engagement Engine

Python service with dual GoHighLevel REST v2 + MCP backends, built for a modular-home builder. Engineered to fail safe: a kill-switch, fail-closed do-not-disturb rechecks at send time, idempotency keys, an append-only audit log, approval gates, and daily reconciliation reports.

OutcomeWorked 339 dormant leads, auto-advanced 242 opportunities, and made ~290 SMS/email sends with zero double-sends.

GAS OS — Multi-tenant SaaS Platform

A production operating system for small businesses: CRM and pipelines, projects with milestones, a client portal, unified inbox, support desk, marketing campaigns, a voice agent, and an online store. React 18/TypeScript/Vite on Supabase Postgres with row-level-security multi-tenancy, Google OAuth, 80+ Deno edge functions, and 360+ schema migrations.

OutcomeShipped Stripe subscription billing at $25/month per app or $150 for the bundle, with webhook-driven entitlements, a self-serve portal, and magic-link onboarding.

In-house E-Signature Engine

Replaced a $300/month e-signature vendor with a first-party engine inside the platform: reusable templates, a multi-party routing engine, counter-offers and edits as immutable revisions, and an evidence layer built for UETA compliance — the signed document is hashed after flattening and every event is chained into a manifest that even administrators can't silently alter.

OutcomeBuyer, seller, and build agreements can be sent and signed from the client portal with a verifiable audit trail — and no per-envelope vendor cost.

Federal Contracting Command Center

A discovery and capture module inside GAS OS for small firms entering government contracting. It turns a company profile into a NAICS-matched SAM.gov opportunity feed, pulls live USAspending data on which primes are winning in those codes, and runs a Gemini guide for bid/no-bid and proposal strategy — plus a pipeline, deadline calendar and contracting contacts. Rebuilt from a standalone prototype: API keys moved server-side, org-scoped row-level security, per-user rate limits. Built by someone who spent 19 years on the federal side of the table.

OutcomeNarrows SAM.gov's 52,000+ active notices to the ~440 open solicitations matching a firm's seven NAICS codes, and names the primes to team with.

Multi-agent AI Content Engine

A tiered LLM pipeline that drafts, critiques, and publishes daily content unattended: a local model does the drafting, a critic agent enforces brand and quality rules, and a hosted model takes over when the local one fails its checks. An orchestration layer runs the whole thing on schedule, with a Telegram command channel and a Flask operations dashboard for oversight.

3D Design-to-Manufacture Pipeline

Python computational geometry converts artwork into multi-color 3D-printable models — school-spirit chains, keychains, custom pet pieces — with parametric OpenSCAD/Blender automation, automatic QR stamping, and a headless slicer check that blocks any file with printer warnings.

OutcomeProduced 163 models and shipped physical products at 80%+ documented margins through a live online store.
